The mission of the MWV Mountaineers is to enable young people to benefit from participation in team sports and activities in a safe and structured environment. Through this active participation, we strive to teach fundamental values, skills and knowledge that young people will use throughout their lives. Additionally, we seek to provide fun athletic learning opportunities for children, while emphasizing the importance of academic success. Specifically, we strive to familiarize players with the fundamentals of football. The MWV Mountaineers strive to inspire youth, regardless of race, creed or national origin, to practice the ideals of sportsmanship, scholarship and physical fitness. Currently, our draw area welcomes players in grades 6 through 8, regardless of experience or background, from the following towns in NH and Maine*:
